The phone conversation with Centura was very brief. She offered limit information about the apartment community and did not ask any discovery questions aside from the size of home I was looking for and when I would need it by.

Centura asked did I want to look at the model; However, she did not want to set a specific appointment. It was at my assistance that I would come to view it right away. Centura only stressed to come before closing hours. She did not give me a positive or negative impression on the community. Though polite she offered no information to sway me either way. I was not looking forward to the visit because Centura seemed to be rushed.

On the way to the model Centura asked me if I was familiar with the community. I told her I knew the general area. She highlighted the nearby post office. As we arrived at the first model I asked if it was two-bedroom that she was showing me. Then it was discovered that Centura quoted me the price for a one- bedroom. Shortly thereafter she showed me a two-bedroom model. There the features and benefits were discussed including the direct entry townhome style as well as curbside trash pickup.

She let me know washer and dryers were available in all apartments. The vacant was very clean and nicely styled.

Please briefly describe the Leasing Consultant's closing skills and techniques used ( This is a mandatory field. Be as specific as possible).:

We came back to the leasing office in part to retrieve my ID. Centura wanted to give me an updated quote. At that time, I let her know I wanted to look at the nearby apartment community. She shared that it was under the same management company as well as the fact that the floor plans were larger. I was given a brochure and she told about the application process. I think Centura was very knowledgeable but not personable. She did not attempt to overcome objections.

Given her performance and understanding of the community I would rent from her.
