After the 2nd ring... Irina answered the phone with the name of the community, and she introduced herself. I told her I was calling to get information on the apartments. She asked what size apartment I was seeking and when I needed to move. I said one- or two- bedrooms depending upon size and price. She said she may not have one of those available, but she has another property that would accommodate my needs. She said she may have a studio at Knightsbridge. I told her I can do a studio if I like it. She said it rents for $750. She described the apartment amenities. She used my name in conversation. Irina also recommended another sister property if I needed a bigger apartment.

She said I can come in and see the property but she did not have the studio to show me that day. She did confirm my price range. She asked for my full name, phone number, and email address. We arranged a date and time. She asked how I heard about them. I told her I drive by on my way to work. She reminded me to have my ID for the tour.

She thanked me for calling and we said our goodbyes.

Overall, Irina wanted to accommodate my basic apartment size needs. She did not ask me about my apartment preferences or number of occupants.

Irina was great. The property is not real inviting. It is kind of outdated.

Onsite Narrative (Please provide a detailed narrative of your visit and be specific. This is mandatory.):

When I first arrived Irina greeted me and gave me a guest card to fill out. After the card was filled out I was given some brochures and community map. Once I completed the guest card we proceeded to go see the model.

While seeing the model she showed me the laundry area and let me know it was two elevators for tenant use. She showed me the apartment, highlighting the separate dining area and two walk in closets. We then wrapped up and headed back to the office.
