She said what do I want to do and I said I am here to get information on the apartments she said I can help you and I said I spoke with Ellen on the phone so I’d like to speak with her if that’s OK.

With her head she nodded and said, “She is in there” so I walked over to the other side and Ellen was sitting at her desk And I had to remind her who I was she kind of looked clueless even though we had spoken on the phone not long ago that same day. Onsite Narrative (Please provide a detailed narrative of your visit and be specific. This is mandatory.):

Ellen And I took a golf cart to the actual townhouse that was available. It was a very quick little drive. During the drive Ellen mostly talked about her ankle injury. She did not talk about the management company when we were back at the office, I asked her about it because I saw the name on the card of the management company. Ellen also never mentioned the maintenance team. On our way back, I asked her a question about the store that was visible from our drive and she did go into telling me about what is in the area as far as stores and restaurants.

Ellen did talk about the benefits of having a washer and dryer in the townhouse. We did not discuss, my furniture fitting into the rooms; Although, she did tell me where she would put a dog feeding bowl if she lived there. She walked quickly through the downstairs with me and then she mentioned that if I wanted to go upstairs I could and she would wait on the first floor.

The model was in good condition; Although, the patio of the model from the sliding glass door was full of weeds. I asked Ellen if that would be maintained and she said, “yes”. When I mentioned that I wish there were two bathrooms or at least one and a half bathrooms so people didn’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom she inappropriately said, “you should be happy they could go upstairs and go number two”.
