Please describe the Leasing Consultant's telephone presentation including greeting (state the exact greeting), prices, features, amenities, and how they persuaded you to visit the community (Please write the phone narrative from beginning to the end of the conversation): :

Anny answered the phone promptly upon my call. I told her I was interested in a two-bedroom apartment. She asked some follow up questions to better help in my search. She inquired about my move in date, number of occupants, pets, and any preferences. She was able to find two options that fit my preferences. She described some of the apartment features, as well as the community amenities before giving me the prices. She asked if I wanted to come and visit the community either that day or the next day. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. She offered the community's address in an email.

After speaking with Anny, I was very interested in viewing the property.

Please explain your answers, if necessary, to the questions related to the site observation: :

Overall, the apartment community was very well maintained. There was plenty of signage so it was easy to navigate. I did notice that one of the dumpsters had some furniture pieces in it, such as a sofa and a mattress. It looked as if a resident recently discarded them. The community's landscaping was very well done and there was not any sign of trash littered throughout the property.

Onsite Narrative (Please provide a detailed narrative of your visit and be specific. This is mandatory.):

Anny took me to view a two bedroom model not far from the leasing office. Upon entering, I viewed the model on my own while Anny stood nearby. After I was done looking through the model, Anny met with me to discuss an overview of the apartment's features, various floor plans, and prices. She discussed further the options that were available in September. I was disappointed that she was not proactive in demonstrating the model to me. That would have yielded a lot more information. The model was very well decorated and maintained.

When asked questions about safety, she said she could not promise my safety; however, she made me aware that they have an off duty police officer that patrols the community, as well as several police officers that live on site. She encouraged me to do additional research online. When asked if there are many college students living there, she responded that anyone that qualifies is welcome to apply and live there.
