After the phone rang twice, Diana answered with the name of the property and she stated her name. The phone conversation with Diana went very well. She asked me what size apartment I needed and when I needed it by; if I was bringing pets; and if I had any preferences that I was seeking.

She described to me the different amenities in the community, as well as described to me some options that were available during my move time frame. She asked for all my contact information and then invited me to visit the property.
