Karrie answered on the second ring with "Good morning thank you for calling Harbor Point this is Karrie how can I help you?" She right away asked me my name how I heard of them and when I am moving. She asked the size I was looking for, and price range. She asked if there was anything specific, I was looking for and do I have any pets. I told her washer and dryer, a pool, and I would plan on getting a pet.

She described the features of a two bedroom with washer and dryer available. She described the surrounding neighborhood. She gave me the price of the town home, requirement income for acceptance, and the application fee. She gave me the security deposits required and how I could pay.

We set an appointment for 12:15 on Thursday. She asked if I knew where they are located and gave me directions. She thanked me for calling and we said our goodbyes.

Karrie was on the phone when I arrived, she appeared to be the only one in the office. She hung up and asked if she could help me from her desk. I told her I had an appointment with Karrie. She said that's me, what's your first name. She started looking on her computer then said I could sit down. She said she was working alone and looked at the computer again as if finishing something. She asked for my phone number and last name. She asked the exact day I wanted to pick up the keys. I told her end of August but don't have an exact date to move. She told me if I pick up the keys by the 31st I could get a security deposit of between $150-$500.

She confirmed that I wanted a two-bedroom. She asked if I wanted with or without washer and dryer. She gave me the rent of $1,108 and the income amount required to qualify. She asked for my ID and said we would go three doors down to the model. She asked me if it was just for me. (There were long periods where she was just typing into her computer). She asked if I had a pet, I said I would be getting one.

When we got to the model she asked if I lived in the area. She gave me the dimensions of the two bedrooms and pointed out the large closet in one of them.

Karrie asked reviewed my home preferences for a washer and dryer in unit and the number of occupants. She told me that the one available home could be held until mid-September. She typed all my information into her computer. After the tour of the model we went back to the office and she wrote down the price for a lease term of 13-months. She told me the minimum income requirements and the address of the available home.

Karrie had a guest card ready when I arrived. She spoke about the application process and gave me further information about the community. I said I would like to get a pet she did provided with the deposit or pet rent information. She told me I could apply online and didn't give me a paper application. She wrote down the address of the available house and told me how to get there. She told me they are open Monday through Saturday if I wanted to come back and look again before I made a decision. I said thank you and left.
