Please describe the Leasing Consultant's telephone presentation including greeting (state the exact greeting), prices, features, amenities, and how they persuaded you to visit the community (Please write the phone narrative from beginning to the end of the conversation): :

Erika answered the phone with the name of the property, and she introduced herself. I told Erika that I was interested in a two-bedroom apartment. She asked me several follow up questions to include the move in date, the number of occupants, if I had any pets, and my price range. She additionally let me know that I was eligible for a 3% discount as a State of Maryland employee. Erika did not inform me if there was an available apartment that fit my needs, nor did she describe anything about the community or apartment features. I was left wondering what the apartment homes looked like, as well as what the community amenities were. She did invite me in for a tour and offered me the address to the community.

Onsite Narrative (Please provide a detailed narrative of your visit and be specific. This is mandatory.):

Erika took me to view a vacant one-bedroom apartment since that was all she had available to show. She explained the differences between what I was viewing and a two-bedroom apartment. She pointed out the features in each room, as well as the benefits of the apartment. She also made me aware of the different floor plans. Erika was talking a little fast so sometimes it was hard to catch a lot of what she said. She was giving me information more than trying to make the information conversational.

She was able to identify an apartment within my time frame and gave me a price with a discount for being a preferred employer. The apartment viewed was very well maintained. It was clean and had been renovated.

When asked about crime in the area, she noted that they were secluded so many people don't realize they were there. She additionally mentioned their close relationship with the local police department as a plus. She ended it by reminding me of the controlled access entry system for the apartments. When asked if many children live in the community, Erika responded that she couldn't disclose demographic information. The community rents to whoever applies and qualifies was her follow up.
