During the initial phone call, Andre answered the phone right away and identified the community and himself. He did ask my name, and used it again during the conversation. He was friendly and that made it easy to engage in conversation with him. He did ask how I found the apartments and I said apartments.com.

Andre asked all of the discovery questions above. He was very professional, upbeat and got me excited about moving into this community. I asked about pets and went over the pet policy. He asked if I had any special preferences and I said I'd prefer not to be on first floor. Andre explained all two- bedrooms were on upper floors. He asked me about my move-in date (October). Number of occupants, (only me). And my reason for moving (work).

Andre explained the specifics about the two different two-bedroom floorplans such as the more expensive one was larger with an updated kitchen, and the smaller was more traditional. He did mention the community amenities. He had availability and didn't really express urgency. When I was concerned about going out during COVID, he did offer a virtual tour. He controlled the conversation completely in a very positive and thorough way.

Andre was fully prepared for this virtual tour. He remembered all I said during the initial phone call. He started the tour outside of the apartment, descriptively describing how the buildings look outside and talking about the layouts of the apartments, such as one-bedrooms on the ground floor. He asked questions to determine if I had any specific needs and I told him I did not want an apartment on the first floor.

Andre was certainly enthusiastic about the apartments. He "walked" me through at a nice pace, taking time to show me all of the features and describe them in detail. He was certainly knowledgeable about the community, the amenities and the apartments themselves. I wanted to have a grill on my balcony but he said that was not allowed. He talked about grills available year round in the community. He talked about free parking and how the apartments were secure with an access codes.

I would most certainly want to rent an apartment from Andre. He was memorable because he was very prepared, very professional, yet very personable and friendly. His virtual tour was just the right pace and very informative. He asked me to fill out an application online.

I mentioned I was worried about living next to a lot of noisy kids or teenagers. Although he could not tell me who lived in my building, he did strongly say that noise was not tolerated. There was a 10:30 pm to 7:00 am quiet time which was strictly enforced.
