Ashlyn answered the phone on the second ring with "thank you for calling Overlook at Woodholme, this is Ashlyn how can I help you". I told her I wanted some information, she asked what size apartment I was looking for. I said 1 or 2 bedroom and she wanted to know what my price range was. I said flexible. She gave me prices for 1 and 2 bedrooms, then asked when I was moving and did I want to schedule a tour. We made appointment for 8/22/19 at 12:30. She then asked my name and phone number so she could follow up with the appointment. She said we would be looking at 1 and 2 bedroom layouts and asked if I had any questions.

She told me to call her if I had any more questions. She thanked me for calling and we said our goodbyes.

Please describe how the Leasing Consultant interacted with you when you first arrived on-site? :

When I entered the office Ashlyn was sitting next to the door and asked if she could help me. We waited for the manager to leave the one desk and Ashlyn sat down and asked what size apartment I needed. There was no chair for me to sit so I stood at her desk. She said she was looking through her notes and couldn't find anything concerning our conversation. I said we talked about sizes and pricing. She gave me a floor plan of both and wrote down the price of the rent. She asked when I was moving and if I had a floor preference. Onsite Narrative (Please provide a detailed narrative of your visit and be specific. This is mandatory.):

Ashlyn showed me the fitness room, the mail rooms and pointed out what was to be their new main entrance. We walked down the hall to the apartment. The one and two bedrooms were right next to each other. She explained they were newly purchased and they were doing renovations. She said on the roof there was a pool, tennis court and grill area. She did not show it to me. She pointed out the entrance of the garage and how residents enter the building. She did not mention if there was an extra charge for that. She was turning on lights as I was looking around the apartments and she pointed out the fireplaces, pantries and the french type doors in the two bedroom.

Although both apartments looked nice, they had not been painted or cleaned and were not ready for move-in. She mentioned that she also lived there, the building is quiet. She pointed out the distance between the apartments saying, "you do not hear your neighbors".
