Please describe the Leasing Consultant's telephone presentation including greeting (state the exact greeting), prices, features, amenities, and how they persuaded you to visit the community (Please write the phone narrative from beginning to the end of the conversation): :

Sydney answered with the name of the property and she introduced herself. I confirmed I was talking directly to the property. She asked for my first and last name along with my phone number. She went on to ask my email address. She asked how I heard about them and I told her apartments.com. She confirmed that I needed a one or two bedroom depending upon size and price. She also confirmed my move date. She gave me a price range for both renovated and non-renovated one bedroom along with the square footage. She listed some of the features. She then described the two-bedroom floor plans and asked me which one I was interested in. I told her I preferred the two-bathroom. She told me what was included in the rent and what was not. She listed the community amenities. She asked if I had any questions. She confirmed the price of the two bedroom and two bath renovated apartment.

Sydney invited me in for a tour. I asked if I could see a renovated unit and she told me she had a model that was not renovated but I would get a feel for the community. She offered to show me pictures of the renovated apartments when I arrived. She asked if I had the address. We agreed on an appointment the following day at 9:30 AM on September 18th. The phone call and visit were done by two separate shoppers on different dates.

She asked if I had any other questions and she re-introduced herself. She told me to call back if I had any other questions. She thanked me for calling and we said our goodbyes. I did get a confirmation email as she had promised confirming our appointment.

Onsite Narrative (Please provide a detailed narrative of your visit and be specific. This is mandatory.):

We walked into the model. The pungent smell hit me immediately and was a major turnoff. Sydney assured me the renovations would eliminate that problem.
She was very thorough during the demonstration. Sydney explained that I may be moved to another apartment that would be renovated several months after I moved in which I was happy she was trying to give me the best apartment they had. She walked me through each area of the model. Sydney described the differences from the model to what I would be moving into. She pointed out closet space in the bathrooms and in the bedrooms. She suggested what would fit in the space.

I asked how the area was as far as safety. Sydney referred me to look online to find information and she also mentioned there would be a community officer on site for 4 to 5 hours a day and they have a random schedule. She said they check out all the buildings.

I asked if there were a lot of Spanish people in the community and Sydney said they rent to anyone that qualifies. She went on to describe the existing community amenities such as dog park and playground. She said they are adding a gym and business center. She said they are replacing the awnings.
