I was able to reach the office on the first attempt. Tajahna answered the phone quickly stating her name and the community. She had a clear, pleasant voice. When I told her I was interested in an apartment, she asked a few questions to better know me. She asked for my name, phone number, and email address.

Tajahna asked me several qualifying questions to better understand my needs. She asked me when I was looking to move, the size apartment needed, if I was bringing any pets, and the number of occupants I would have. She also asked about special preferences I may have. She was able to find an apartment home that met my needs and gave me the pricing.

Tajahna made sure to specifically ask me about any special needs I had. She was able to describe an apartment that met those needs, describing the washer and dryer, floor level, and stainless steel appliances. She did not really go into the community or neighborhood amenities over the phone. She definitely created a sense of urgency by continuously mentioning the current special being offered, the lowered rates, and the lack of vacancies. She was definitely in control of the conversation.

Tajahna offered to send me pictures of the upgraded renovated apartments. I inquired if they had any way to show prospects the actual vacant. She mentioned that the office could do a virtual tour and asked if I was interested. When I said yes, she asked for my availability and offered to do the virtual tour via FaceTime at 1:00pm that day.

Tajahna actually called me 10 minutes early, so I wasn’t prepared for the call quite yet. I quickly got myself together and answered her call. She greeted me with a smile and was prepared to start the tour.

Tajahna did show a very clean model apartment. She went through each room and described their features. She made sure to highlight the features that were my preferences. She was very confident and bubbly giving the tour. She did appear very knowledgeable about the layouts of the apartments. She was able to sufficiently answer my questions.

Tajahna never asked me if I wanted to lease that day, but reiterated their lack of availability, current low pricing and special. She said she would love to have me as a resident. Besides the schools in the area, she did not really touch on the neighborhood area or the community amenities. Nevertheless, Tajahna was a very professional and knowledgeable agent. I would have rented from her based on her genuine concern for my needs and her knowledge of the apartment homes.

When I asked about the safety of the community, she responded that she never heard anything but encouraged me check with the local police precinct if I wanted more information. When asked if many kids live there, she responded that they rent to all that qualify.
