He said there were only two available options for my time frame and explained their differences. Mike was phenomenal. He was very thorough during his virtual tour. He took me through every room of the home and detailed their features. He added some comedy through the demonstration which made it fun. He also mentioned the furniture that could fit into the home. I was left with no questions.

Mike did state that the apartment I was interested in was the only one available, creating urgency. He made me aware of how I could apply online but he never directly asked me if I wanted to apply that day (points given). He asked me if I had any questions and what my thoughts were on the home. He also asked if there was anything I would change if I could. He made me aware of the $200 move in incentive. I would have definitely rented from Mike. He didn't attempt to set a follow up phone call but he did tell me he would follow up with me (points given).

When asked about safety concerns, he says he hasn’t heard of any. He mentioned that they were a gated community and also had FOBs for secured entry. When asked if many kids live there, he stated that the community has many different residents. Anyone that meets the rental qualifications are welcome.
