I called the business cell phone number of Ashley Tiapale at 215-421-6273 on Tuesday, 10/6/2020 at 1:15 PM. I left a specific message with my name and phone number for her to call me back or to text me saying that I was interested in 305 Dutton Street Apartments and I had some questions. Ashley did not return my phone call. I called again two days later on 10/8/2020 at 8:15 AM. I left another voicemail that I had called a couple days ago and didn't hear back. I was very specific that I wanted to rent an apartment (The voicemails are attached to the bottom of this report.). At approximately 10:45 AM on 10/8/2020 Ashley sent me a text message saying, "Hi Christina this is Ashley from 305 Dutton Street Lofts. Would you mind providing your email address? I would be happy to send you our current availability and pricing, Thank you!" (The text message is attached). I gave her the email address of tinazeel92@gmail.com. Ashley sent me a price sheet and she attached some floor plans and a W9. The email is attached to the bottom of this report. Not even in the email does she attempt to schedule a tour nor did she make an effort to call me back. I immediately acknowledged that I had received her email in the text message but Ashley never contacted me again.

If I were I real prospect I would not have bothered any more with this property. The phone, text message, and emails are attached to the bottom of the report.
