Simone answered with the community name and her name. She was spoke very clearly and was easy to understand. When I told her I was interested in an apartment, she asked for my name and then more in depth questions regarding my needs.

Simone thoroughly described the features of the available apartment, such as the washer and dryer, updated cabinets, and 2nd floor level. She controlled the conversation very well. After she described the apartment, she asked if I wanted to come out and visit the property. I asked for a virtual option and she was able to accommodate me.

When I joined the LIVE virtual tour, Simone was there ready. She was located in the leasing office and began showing me around the office as we walked over to the available apartment. She was very friendly and maintained a positive attitude. She was prepared to show me the community, as well as the apartment.

Simone took me over to the apartment that we had discussed. On the way, she additionally asked me if anyone was moving in with me. She showed me the location of the apartment to the the community’s garden and the leasing office.

Simone took me to see the apartment that would be available. It was clean and showed well. She took me through each room and detailed the features, upgrades, etc. She explained about resident parking, trash services, and the average utility bill costs. She was very knowledgeable about the community and left me with very few questions.

Simone did not ask me if I wanted to apply. She did make me aware of the application process and what was all needed to apply. I was very impressed with her transparency regarding expenses I would be responsible for. I would have leased from her if in the market. Her demonstration was thorough and she was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. She made herself available for me to ask any questions or concerns that may have.
