Brittany asked a variety of questions to best understand my needs. She asked the size apartment needed, when I was looking to move, number of occupants, price range, and if I was bringing any pets. She was very interested in finding the right fit apartment for me.

Brittany was very good at controlling the conversation. She asked a variety of questions to better know which floorplan to place me in. She went over the floorplans and a few of the apartment amenities, as well as some community amenities. She created a great sense of urgency by asking if I would be available for a virtual tour of the property.

As we started the presentation, Brittany re-confirmed many of the identifying questions she asked over the phone such as the size apartment needed, move in, and price range. She immediately began to tour the apartment.

Brittany was very thorough in her tour. She took me through each room and pointed out their features and benefits. The vacant was very bright and clean that she showed. Brittany was very knowledgeable regarding the property and its features. She mentioned all of the optional features that I could opt into with the apartment. She asked me if there were particular features I was looking for in the apartment and made sure to assure me that the property had units that could fit my needs.

Brittany was not too strong on the close. She never asked if I wanted to apply, but told me she would be sending over the floorplan that we viewed with pricing, as well as the link to apply. There were no specials mentioned. Based on the tour, I would have leased, but it would have been nice to know about more community amenities besides the parking.
