The phone was answered on the first ring by a female who clearly identified herself and the management company. Her greeting was "PMC properties Dia speaking how can I help you?" She asked for my name after confirming my appointment at the end of the call. Her tone was friendly and inviting. She did not ask how I knew about the community.

There was no phone demonstration. After I told her the size unit I was interested, she told me a price and square footage. I told her okay giving her the opportunity to control and continue the conversation. It was followed by silence and then she offered me a tour virtual or in person. I asked for an in-person tour and then we discussed availability. She asked for my name which I provided and she confirmed the appointment time. We exchanged greetings and ended the call.

Dia greeted me in a friendly and upbeat manner. She was wearing a mask and kept 6ft away. I was not offered protective equipment because I came in with my own. She was prepared for my visit, she remembered the size apartment I was seeking and she was prepared to show me some vacants.

Dia took some time during the tour to identify my needs. This was done while we walked to the vacant unit as well as tour the unit. She asked about apartment size, move in date, and budget. She asked about my preferences within the unit, I provided her with large closet space, washer/dryer and lots of living space.

Comments on the Demonstration (Please describe your experience while virtually touring with community with the Leasing Professional.):

Dia met me outside of the leasing office in front of the concierge's desk. We exchanged greetings, confirmed a few details from the phone call and immediately began touring. She mentioned the concierge service as we walked past it and towards the elevator. We first visited the club/game room which also had a theatre in it. I didn't see any other amenities but we did talk about them at the end of the tour. We visited the first vacant unit which was a one-bedroom. She let me walked around the vacant unit as she stood in silence. She pointed out the closet space. I also showed some disapproval of the bathroom being through the bedroom and if this applied to all one-bedrooms. She confirmed that based on my move-in date this floor plan was the only one she had.

After walking through the unit, she asked what I thought. I explained that I need more living space and closet space. She then suggested that since my budget was around $1,700 that I should also look at a two-bedroom. I took her up on the suggestion. She showed me the first two-bedroom, it definitely had more closet space and living space but I didn’t like the layout. She got a read from my facial expression and she suggested a different floor plan.

The next floor plan was the model and it was perfect. She talked a little bit about the layout as I walked through the unit. She mentioned the current specials for a 13-month lease and 24-month lease. After viewing she asked/confirmed my contact information. She said she would text me for my email address and would send a link to apply. I asked for a brochure so that I could have details, she came back with the brochure and her business card.

During the tour we had small chats about where I currently work, my preferences and the neighborhood. Also, she did not present the units, she stood to the side while I looked through but she did answer my questions. I am not sure she used that process for Covid reasons since she did not mention it. She was still in control even though I walked through with no guidance but she was upbeat and enthusiastic throughout the process.

Dia requested my email and phone number so she could send the application link to me. She used an assumptive close and She told me to apply online. She didn't ask me to apply online so I gave her no objection. She did mention the current specials so it did give me some sense of urgency. She did tell me that she would follow-up me later to see how things were going. Her demonstration was pleasant. I liked how she was able to show me different floor plans on the fly to accommodate what I was looking for. The final apartment we viewed was perfect and would have fit what I was looking seeking.
