Janae was very pleasant. She did introduce herself and the community as soon she she answered. She was very forthcoming regarding the available one bedroom vacant that she could show me and its upgraded features. She went into great deal about the current specials that were going on now. She asked me where I worked and when I said I was a state employee, she let me know the additional eligible discounts. She did invite me to come visit the property, but did not set an exact time or date to do so. She also let me know that if I applied today, I would receive additional discounts and perks, such as a gift card upon move in. She instructed me to bring my government issued ID if I planned to tour a vacant. She was very thorough.

The property was very clean and quiet. The leasing office was very well decorated with refreshments sitting out. The other leasing consultant present was pleasant as well.

Upon arrival, Janae was finishing up with another prospect. Upon their departure, Jane warmly greeted me and motioned me to sit at her desk. She then asked how she could assist me and pulled out a card to start asking for my information.

Janae was great with asking probing questions and offering as much knowledge about the community and available apartment as possible. She sold the new renovations, as well as the advantage of the unit being close to the laundry facility. She discussed the cost savings on the unit that I would save throughout the year. She was very detailed on all costs such as pet fees, application fees, security deposit, etc. She kept encouraging me to apply that day to take advantage of the current specials. This created a sense of urgency.

The visit to the model went very well. I drove behind Janae. As we walked to the unit, she continued to discuss with me the community amenities. The area was very quiet and well kept. Once in the vacant, it was very clean, with new carpet. This unit had a renovated kitchen and bathroom which she played up for the sale. She escorted me to every room and was nearby to answer all questions and to further elaborate. She showed me the closet space and let me know that they additionally offer an accent wall color. She would insert throughout the tour the benefits of applying today. She also let me know different events that were going on at the community, to include a block party that is happening tomorrow. I was very impressed with her showmanship.

Janae definitely created a sense of urgency without being pushy. She was very vocal about how great of a deal the vacant apartment was and further how she didn't believe it would stay available for long. She made herself very available after I said that I was still shopping around by telling me that should would be in the office tomorrow and that someone could also assist me on Sunday as well. She asked me if I had any questions about anything. She made me feel very comfortable and her sales pitch was very believable. You could tell that she genuinely loved the property and would recommend it to anyone to live there even if she didn't work there herself.

I asked Janae if she could place me in an apartment that was away from kids and further asked if there were many in the community, as I work from home a lot. She proceeded to show me available units that were further away from the playground. She also showed me units that were closer in proximity not the washing rooms on a map. She later told me that they rent to everyone who qualifies. When asked about the crime, she said that the community was very quiet.
