When I called Rodney answered during my first attempt so I did not have to leave a voicemail. He did not answer using the name of the location, but he answered the call with "hello". Rodney engaged me in our conversation and used my name two times after asking for my name. He asked me about my preferences and if I was local. He then scheduled a time for me to visit. He provided me his schedule, we made the appointment and informed me what I needed to bring with me.

Rodney asked about my apartment size preference as well as when I needed the apartment. He did not ask about the number of occupants, if I had any pets, what my price range was, my reasoning for moving, and any specific preferences.

Rodney greeted me with a smile and he was very welcoming. He was prepared to assist me. He practiced social distance as often as possible, I was not offered PPE because I had my own.

The Leasing professional asked me about the number of bedrooms I wanted. He also asked when I would like to move in by. He confirmed that I was the only one moving in. He did not discuss my price range or budget with me but he did quote me the rate and I did not bulk at the price. He asked me if I had any pets. He did not ask if I had any specific needs or preferences but he did learn what they were as we walked through the vacant and I commented on what I liked as he kept asking me what I thought.

Comments on the Demonstration (Please describe your experience while virtually touring with community with the Leasing Professional.):

Rodney walked me through the tour in a steady pace. As we toured he mentioned all the features of the community. He also provided the history behind the building. He showed me the fitness center, the swimming pool, and the pool room. During the tour I made an objection about how I did not think my stuff would fit in the bedroom. He overcame my objection by informing me they had other floor plans where the room is bigger. Rodney did not ask any closing questions during the beginning of the presentation but he did keep asking me what I thought. He was very knowledgeable about the community. Rodney did not point out any advantages stated. Throughout the tour I was given the ability to ask questions and provide feedback.

Rodney did not create a strong sense or urgency which was due to them not having availability until January. I was not informed of any specials. I was not asked to lease online but Rodney did inform me that he would follow-up with me and discussed next steps (He was concerned about me getting stuck in traffic so late in the day as he mentioned). He did a great job touring the community. I would have definitely leased with him. He did try to close once but he did not try to overcome my objection when I said I had to think about it. There was nothing discussed about holding an apartment. He did not schedule a follow-up phone call but he did advise me that he would be calling me.
