Ramata answered the phone after the 2nd ring and stated the name of the community and she introduced herself. Ramata was very polite and professional over the phone. She asked about size, move date and what my preferences were in home style. I told her I preferred 2nd floor. She asked about who would be living in the apartment. She took my contact information and used my name in conversation.

Ramata gave a detailed explanation of all the properties they had available and their respective vacancy dates. She frequently asked if it was something I was interested in with each selection. She told me about the specials they were running. Ramata invited me to see the property and asked when it was convenient for me. She also offered me directions.

Ramata and another agent were in the office. Ramata was closest to the entrance. She stood and greeted me within seconds of my entry. Ramata was professionally dressed and she had a name tag. She remembered our phone call and recalled our brief mention of potential traffic. Ramata guided me on the tour of the different model apartments and then afterwards we sat down.

Comments on Qualifying Needs. :

The guest card was in paper form. I did not notice that Ramata added any knew information to it besides what she uncovered in our phone call. She repeated the size of apartment needed. When asked why I was moving I told her it was too have a shared space with my boyfriend.

The preferences I requested was the 2nd floor and a dishwasher which Ramata highlighted. Ramata easily established a rapport and was easy to talk to. She discussed the featured of the apartment including the water heater, additional window nooks and closest space.

Comments on the Demonstration (Please describe your experience while touring with community with the agent.):

Ramata was very enthusiastic with her presentation. When we sat down she gave me a site plan and highlighted the specific apartment in mind. As we toured the laundry room she talked about the management company and how it had been around for over 75 yrs. Ramata discussed the features including the water heater and mailbox system as well as the option to get a painted accent wall.

Ramata did mention the minimum water charge. I was shown the model apartment. When Ramata attempted to close and ask me to apply I told her I need to wait to show my boyfriend. She tried to over come by insisting on giving me the prices of the apartment. She asked closing questions only at the end.

Ramata confidently discussed the rates and promotions. She did give a sense of urgency. Ramata asked me to fill out an application but I declined. She let me know the related fees and process. She did encourage me to come back or call later in the day if I had additional questions. Ramata provided me with promotional materials. She did not mention the website.

Given the presentation I would have leased with this agent. Ramata also mentions another community that could fit my needs. Ramata did not say or do anything extraordinary but she was very nice. She did ask to follow up.

When I asked Ramata about security in reference to stolen packages. She stated that she couldn't guarantee safety and reiterated the complexes' security features.

I asked if there were a lot of kids in the area. Ramata said it is very diverse and I could walk around and get a feel for myself.
