After the introduction Erik immediately began with what it took to apply stating the background check, minimum age, application fee, and I needed $100 to hold the apartment when I I apply. He gave me the starting price and told me all the apartments come with a washer and dryer. He explained the security deposit based on my credit score. He told me I needed social security card, license, and pay stubs. He explained the minimum income restriction. He asked if I had any pets. He told me what utilities were included and what I had to pay for. He told me about E Premium for renter's insurance. He told me I didn't have to pay for parking. He gave me his business card and his email up front. He explained he is at different properties but he would take care of me if I sent him an email and wanted to apply.

Erik was very pleasant and professional. He was focused more on delivering his property information than asking me any questions about my needs.

I wasn’t asked about my move. I wasn’t asked what special features I wanted. I wasn’t asked who would occupy the apartment with me but was informed only two person per bedroom was allowed to live there and anyone over 18 needed to apply as well. I was asked if I had any pets. Filled out a guest card at the end with my name, phone number and email address.

Comment (Provide as much detail on the demonstration as possible. This is a mandatory box.):

Erick showed me a model apartment. He walked me through the entire model room by room. He didn’t ask any questions why I was moving or any questions about myself. I had to ask about if they had a playground in the complex he didn’t offer any information about community until I asked about the playground and told me there was a playground for children. There wasn't any discussions on my furniture or belongings. Erick basically showed me the apartment room by room and that was as informative as it was. I felt I was rushed through the process because he had to go somewhere else once our appointment was over.

I did tell him I was looking at Oak Crest Towers and they include all utilities. He asked me the rate and I told him $1,155. He told me his one bedroom was only $1,085. He overcame my objection.

He did do a very good job walking me through the model and he was very nice through that process.

Erick explained the entire application process to me. He gave me the application information and folder as well as his business card. He asked me if I had any questions. He didn’t create an urgency in the process but made sure I had all his contact information if I had any further questions or needed assistance.

I feel he knew what was involved in the application process but didn’t go beyond that. Erick made sure I knew he’s at different properties from day to day but gave me his card so that I would be able to contact him if I had any questions in the application process once I left. At the end of the tour he asked how I heard about the complex and had me fill out the guest card with my name, phone number and email address.

At the end he then asked me if I worked close by. There was a little small talk and the appointment ended with him making sure I contacted him. The entire onsite visit only lasted 9:10 minutes.

The complex was very easy to find and had signs visible and well kept. The landscape and grounds were clean just leaves on the ground. There was some trash around the dumpster at a few of the dumpster due to the dumpsters being full. The leasing office was very neat and inviting. I didn’t see nor asked about refreshments. There were no laundry rooms each apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Playground was very well maintanced. My overall impression was a good one.
