Angel greeted me with a smile and shook my hand. His introduction was excellent. We then went to his office in the back. He wore a name tag and was professional in both appearance and demeanor.

We toured a vacant unit. Angel did a great job building rapport and asking qualifying questions. The unit we viewed was clean and looked comfortable. I raised two objections. First, I said my wife wanted tennis courts. Angel overcame this by explaining that there were no courts on site but there were some nearby. My second objection was that she wanted a hot tub. There was a language barrier and I explained what a hot tub was and he understood. He stated he would suggest to his manager that they look into getting a hot tub.

He did a superb job explaining the application process and he made sure all my questions were answered. He created urgency by telling me the units are going quickly. He provided me a folder with a brochure, his card,. and application information.

The property was easy to find and had plenty of signage. The office was very inviting. The grounds were in adequate condition. I did not notice any trash or other items that needed immediate attention. The pool area looked nice. I did not see the laundry room so I cannot comment on that although the unit he showed me did have a washer and dryer hookup.

Overall, I would say everything looked very good.
