Comment (Provide as much detail of the greeting as possible. This is a mandatory box.):

Carolina walked out of the office to greet me. She introduced herself and shook my hand with a big smile. She was very professional. She invited me to her desk and we sat down. She recapped the size apartment I needed and reviewed what she had available. She used the floor plan sheet to demonstrate the layout and point out some of the apartment features. She told me all the apartments come with washer and dryers.

She then told me what was included in the rent and what I would have to pay.

She told me what we were going to see then asked me for my ID. After that we headed for the tour.

Carolina focused more on telling me about the apartment instead of asking me what I preferred in my new home.

Carolina reviewed my contact information I had given her over the phone. She did not take time to ask me about my apartment or community preferences.

As we walked to the model, Carolina asked me more questions about where I lived now. She asked about my job. I told her I was a manager at Papa Johns. She built a lot of rapport with me as we walked.

Comment (Provide as much detail on the demonstration as possible. This is a mandatory box.):

We walked into the model and first she mentioned the kitchen which was very neat. She mentioned the different styles of cabinet colors that are offered.

Then she showed the dinning room which had a table with chairs. Right next to it was the balcony which we didn't go out on but was mentioned. Then we saw the living room and bathroom which were neat. After that we headed to the bedroom which had three closets with a walk in. Right next to the room was space for washer and dryer.

Carolina did a good job of leading me through each apartment and pointing out the apartment amenities.

We walked back to the sales office. She asked me how soon I was looking to move and I told her within the next couple weeks. She gave me her card along with the brochure. She went over what I needed to apply and we reviewed the security deposit. She told me the specials change every week.

She returned my ID and handed me a brochure with the floor plans and rates. She thanked me for coming and we said our goodbyes. She did not show me any community amenities nor make any references to them.

I asked Carolina if people my age lived in the community. I told her I am fairly young and wanted to be around people my age. She said they don't have age restrictions and anyone that qualifies can live at the community. She asked if I was in school and I said I was currently going to a trade school.

I asked Carolina if they had any incidences on the parking lot such as break ins. She said, "crime has no address".
