Upon entering the site Clarissa was eagerly awaiting my arrival for our appointment. She gave a warm welcome and knew my name. She had all of my information ready that I had give Necole over the phone so clearly there was good communication between the two agents.

I sat with Clarissa and she reviewed what we had discussed over the phone. Clarissa did not ask for my name or email address because she stated that she had my contact information and proceeded to verify if what she had was accurate.

She asked where both my wife and I worked. She told me about the neighboring schools when I told her I had a 2 year old son.

As we walked to the apartment, Clarisa asked the age of my son and verified there would be three occupants in the apartment. She told me about the pool and playground. Clarisa spoke highly of the maintenance team.

We entered the apartment and she let me walk around myself. She didn't sell the features of the apartment. She was quiet for the most part while I looked around.

I asked if I could change the locks and Clarisa said whatever I would be comfortable with but she convinced me that was not necessary.

We walked back into the sales office. Clarissa gave me my ID back. She gave me floor plans and she wrote down pricing. She reviewed what was included in the rent and what was not.

She attempted to schedule another appointment for me to bring my wife back.
