Per their office hours online they open at 8:30 am on Thursday, the day I visited. My first call to them was at 9:01 am, a voice recording finally answered and said the office opens at 9:00 am. I called back 4 more times and finally someone picked up at 10:20 am. You will listen on the recording that I was the one who asked to come see and apartment. Asia, didn't seem to have any urgency of wanting to show me an apartment or set up an appointment. However, she was helpful and knowledgeable about the apartments. I showed up about 10 minutes later and she seem a little surprised that I actually had shown up. The office was a bit messy with files on top of her desk and I could see more files on floor in the other office.

The second person in the office, I'm going to assume was staff did not welcome me when I walked in.

She didn't ask why I was moving; why I was looking in the area; or if I worked near by. She did ask how I heard about them and I mention through a friend that lives on the community right across from theirs.

The office was small. The outside had a couple cigarette butts on ground and garbage items, small pieces of paper. The outside trim looked a bit dirty, not welcoming at all. The outside of the model, the trimming and door looked worn. It could definitely use some fresh paint.

Inside of model was clean, you can see the apartments are old, again some areas could use fresh paint. Both model and office seem a bit dull on the outside, maybe adding some flowers could make them look more welcoming.

She encourage me to wait till the time I was ready to move to apply. I told her I wanted to move around August time frame she suggested turning in application in June time frame. She didn't offer a waiting list that I could be place on to lock my application down. She should of perhaps had me apply and placed me on a list for the summer time.

She said it was safe. I asked if they had 24 hours courtesy patrol and she said yes. I asked how the crime, if any, was in the area. She said in the 5 years she had worked there she hadn't heard nor experience any. I said safety was one of my main concerns since would just be myself and toddler living in the apartment. She suggested getting a crime report for the area from the police department.

The main sign for the property was visible, it's big and I was able to see it and the property fairly easily; However, the leasing signs were extremely low to ground and minimal. I drove around in circles because I couldn't see the leasing signs and had to search to see where they were. Given the age of the property some perennial flowers with lively colors would be inviting.

There was someone walking a PIT BULL WITH OUT A LEASH on property. From the information Asia gave me this is one dog breed they don't allow.

After I was done I drove around the property and noticed the main roads were clean. However, the in between roads were littered with trash, empty bottles different types paper, plastics and smaller debris. She did not show me the laundry rooms but she explained they did have them on the property.

The leasing office was small and cluttered with files on desk and on the floor. She did not offer a refreshment only candy towards the end of our consultation. The leasing office can definitely use a fresh coat of paint around trim and again some pretty flowers outside would make a difference.

The pool and playground seem liked they were well kept since I could only see them from a far when Asia pointed them out to me. As I had mention to her that I had a toddler I was hoping she could have walked me to the area to show me around but she did not.
