My appointment with Frank was at 2:00 pm. I arrived at the leasing office at 2:00 pm. I was greeted by Annette when I arrived she told me to have a seat. A few minutes later Annette approached me and asked if she could help me. I then told her I had a 2:00 pm appointment with Frank she then advised me Frank was not there she didn’t know where Frank was but she could help me herself. She insisted in helping me stating she didn’t know how long Frank would be she didn’t know if he went to look at an apartment or if he went to lunch so she didn’t know where his whereabouts. She asked me to give him 5 more minutes and she would help me.

I told her I didn’t mind waiting since I had made arrangements to meet with him.

When I spoke with Frank on the phone he asked for my name and my phone number and how many bedrooms I was looking for. Those were the only questions he asked me.

Frank did not show up for our scheduled appointment or call to cancel our appointment. I waited 15 minutes and let Annette know I would be leaving and to leave Frank a message to call me. I mentioned to Annette when I came I passed a man that was leaving the office as I was coming in she said was he tall I said yes she said y’all passed I said yes that was him I said she said yes. Frank said hello to me when I got out of my car and walked to the leasing office. I parked in a new client parking spot. Frank forgot about our 2:00 pm appointment.

The community was easy to locate and signs were visible. I didn’t see any trash laying around. The leasing office was clean and comfortable. I was offered something to drink while I waited. My overall impression of the community were satisfactory.
