I walked into the sales office. Annete was sitting at her desk. She looked at me with a big smile and I asked if she was Annete and she said yes in a very jovial tone. There also was a man in the office but she did not introduce me to him even when he walked by me. She asked me to give her a minute while she collected herself. I said no problem. She approached me and shook my hand and offered me something to drink. She said she took my information over the phone and told me we didn’t have to do that again.

She invited me to sit at her desk and she went over availability. She immediately told me the one bedroom she has does not have the washer and dryer; However, the renovated units do but she doesn’t have any available for my time frame. She told me about the laundry facility, but it is not in every building. She highlighted how large some of the one-bedrooms are. She used the rate sheet to demonstrate the pricing. Anette went over the application process very seamlessly.

She asked for my ID and told me we were going to look at the model across the hall. There was some promotional sheet on her desk in front of me, but she didn’t explain it when I inquired.

She asked for my ID and told me we were going to look at the model across the hall. There was some promotional sheet on her desk in front of me, but she didn’t explain it. We walked into the two- bedroom model and she began describing each room area with highlighting the large kitchen and the walk out patio which looked great.

I said you seem highly occupied and she told me about all the businesses close by like the MGM Grand and some other companies she mentioned.

She asked if I liked to cook and I said I do. She mentioned all the cabinet space. She pointed out the square footage of the apartment. She said the closet runs across the entire wall in the bedroom because she knew that was important to me. She opened closet doors and showed me the linen closet.

Anette told me about the EPremium to bring my security deposit down.

I said the security bars on the sliding glass doors are a great benefit and asked if I had to be worried about safety issues in the community. She said to her knowledge she is unaware of any issues in the community, but she has only been there for two months. She told me to go the police precinct and give them a specific zip code. We had a lot of conversation about our personal stories of encountering break ins.

Lastly, Annete told me the apartments go quick and I was more than welcome to put a hold on the apartment today. She said the one coming up will be ready in about a week.

I told Annete I drove around the community and it seemed quiet. I asked if there was a playground and she said no they don’t have a playground. She told me about the pool but only after I started talking about the community amenities. I asked if there were a lot of kids. She kindly told me to ride the community and talk to some folks.

We walked back to the leasing office and she gave me my ID back and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She reminded me to come back and see the vacant that will be finished. She didn’t attempt to set a return appointment for that. She did tell me to call if I had any other questions and thanked me for coming in. Annete used my name during our tour.

Annete was very friendly and genuinely a very joyful person which made the tour very pleasant. She was easy to speak to.

The community looked clean throughout the parking lot. The dumpster were not overflowing and I recognized the leasing office as soon as I pulled into the community. I was not shown the pool area or the laundry facility so NA given but points lost.
