Marquis answered on the second ring, he stated the name of the community and then he introduced himself. I said I would like some information on their apartments, he asked if I was available for a tour. I told him I was on Sunday and he gave me the office hours and asked when I was moving and how many bedrooms I wanted. He also asked if I had anything in particular that I was seeking. I said I wanted a washer and dryer. He then asked me my name and time I'd like to come in. He asked if I had any other questions or did, I want to wait until I came in. It was a 2:00 minute phone call.

The property was easy to find. I did not see any trash on the property. Marquis asked if I wanted some water. I was not shown the laundry room or the other amenities other than him pointing out the Bark Park from the office window.

When I entered the office Marquis asked if he could help me, I said I had an appointment with Marquis. He said, "OK" and he invited me to sit at his desk.
He offered me some water. Then he began to fill out a guest card. He confirmed when I was moving and the size apartment I needed.

When Marquis started filling out the guest card, he confirmed my move date and if I had any preferences. He explained that they managed three different communities and the one-bedrooms were pretty similar and that some came with washers and dryers and some did not. He told me there is an apartment available in December at another community and described where it was. He gave me the price.

Marquis explained the application process, charges, security deposit requirements, and told me of the free amenities, pool, fitness, bark park. He asked if I had a dog and would I be the only occupant. He asked for my ID and phone number, he copied my name from my license. He showed me a map of all three community locations.

We went to the model one-bedroom upstairs from the office. he gave me the differences from the model to the one available. He led me through each room and pointed out features of each area. He opened closet doors to show me the space. He pointed out the balcony. He also pointed out the kitchen and bath windows, gas cooking, and the different cabinets available. He explained the utilities paid by the resident and that trash was included in the rent.

Back in the office, Marquis gave me the floor plan of the available apartment and the square footage. He checked again to see what was available in December. He also gave me the price of a two-bedroom apartment. He gave me the pet policy after asking me if I had a pet. He explained the laundry system at Stage Coach but did not show me the laundry room. He asked if I wanted to fill out an application, I told him I had other places to see. He didn’t ask where I was looking nor did he mention the competition. He did say someone would follow up with me.

He did not off anything discriminatory. When I asked about a lot of children in the community he told me they rent to anyone that qualifies. When I asked about safety he said he was not aware of any problems at the property.
