I called Mario in the morning when he first opened, he nicely asked if he could call me back because he was helping someone with move-in paperwork, I declined and said I would call back. I called back and he answered "Good afternoon thank you for calling Fairway Hills apartments this is Mario how can I help you." Mario was very pleasant and warm, very personable. Mario did mention that the parking lot is large and free parking and that each building has laundry facilities. He asked me if I had any time to come in to tour the community in the coming week, I said I would come in today within the hour.

Mario was seemed happy to show me the apartment. He explained about some apartments being updated. When I mentioned that there was not a lot of closet space he mentioned the storage unit that is free although he did not offer to show me them. Mario did not really ask me any closing questions but he did review what i needed to apply., During the tour I told him I would bring my husband back to tour the apartment in the next few days, he did not ask a specific time or try to set anything up.
