Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):

Robert answered the phone quickly and identified himself and the community. I asked if they had any available apartments. He asked me how soon I needed to move. I said by the end of November. Robert gave me the price of $892 for a one-bedroom and two-bedroom for $1,102. I told him I wanted a two-bedroom. Robert assured me that he had a two-bedroom for my time frame. He invited me in for a tour and I agreed. He pushed for an appointment and I told him I would call back for an appointment. I thanked Robert and we hung up. Robert never asked my name, or asked for any contact information.
