When I called Debbie stated the name of the community and her name. I introduced myself and asked if I could come in at 3:00 pm that same day and Debbie agreed.

Debbie asked me a series of questions which included the size apartment, my move date, and how many occupants. I told her I needed a one bedroom for March and it would just be for me. She asked me to spell my name and then asked for my phone number. Then asked if there would be any pets I said no. She repeated the appointment back to me. She asked how did I hear about the community I said www.apartmentguide.com.

She then asked to see if I knew how to get there I said yes I have family that lives close to the area and then she said ok see you around 3 o'clock and we said our goodbyes.

Comments (Please explain in detail your experience as you entered the leasing office). :

When I walked into the leasing office Debbie was just finishing up lunch. I said hello and introduced myself and then we went we began the tour immediately in the one bedroom model. straight to the one bedroom model. Debbie immediately started to point out the features of each room. She told me I could get an accent wall.

After walking me through the model, she explained the renter's application and security deposit. Once we got back from viewing the model she cleared the desk because an older gentleman was sitting there finishing his lunch as well. She never introduced me.

She started to look up the availability and said that from March the 14th to the 24th there would be a top floor available for $1,147 and that there were cathedral style ceilings in the dinning area.

Comments on Qualifying Needs. :

She asked what floor did I prefer and I said a middle or top floor. Debbie then said, "let's she what we have" and she looked at her availability. She did find a top floor and explained if I was to move into a top floor unit that the ceiling would be cathedral style and it was very high in the dinning room area.

I asked the size of the leasing office and Debbie said it was a two bedroom unit. She did not offer to walk me through she just said if I wanted to take I look I could. I then got up and took a look around. While I was looking around the unit Debbie was getting a packet together for me which included a floor plan and business card.

Comments on the Demonstration (Please describe your experience while touring with community with the agent.):

The presentation was fast and to the point. After I was shown the model we went back to leasing office and talked about the brochure she gave me. She wrote down the pricing and other application information.

it was not until I said I went to see another complex on the property that she asked if I wanted to see the storage unit and the laundry area. Those should have been shown to me either before the model or right after I seen the model. There was no warm and cozy feeling but Debbie did explain the necessary facts of the unit and building.

Closing Comments (Please explain all the details of how the agent attempted to close you at the end of the onsite visit. Also, explain your reason for not leasing that same day.):

In closing we went to see the storage unit and the laundry she did tell me that the storage unit at this property was bigger than the one at the Hidden Woods community and it was. They laundry area was even organized better.

After we came back up the stairs I said well it was nice meeting you and shook Debbie's hand and left. I would say that if I was a person looking for someone to be up beat and excited about there showing individuals the units/model this presentation would have not done it for me. What I can say is that the models in this community sold it self because of the layout the space and setup was designed so beautiful.
