Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):
Marguarite answered the phone on the first ring and identified both herself and Mountain Ridge community. I asked if she had any apartments available at this time. Marguarite said, "Around what time frame and what size unit?" I replied, "I'd like to have a two-bedroom if possible. It would be great to get in the end of this month, but the middle of November would be okay too." Marguarite said, "So I actually just got something on the books. I have a two-bedroom available. It's on the bottom floor, facing the back of the building, so it has a walk-out patio. It is $1,267. It does have an upgraded kitchen. The earliest you can move, and I have to give maintenance a certain amount of time, so give me one second." Pause as Marguarite looked up some information, 'The 19th of November." I said, "That could work. And what was the price of this apartment?" Marguarite said, "$1,267. Did you want to make an appointment to come in for a tour?" I replied, "I would like to come in and see it so yes. I asked, are you open this weekend?" Marguarite said, "I sure am, so, what day? Saturday or Sunday?" I was not sure of my weekend schedule, so I asked if I could call her back to set up a firm appointment. Marguarite, "Yes. Is it okay of I get your first and last name?" I replied, "My name is Carol Wheatley." Marguarite asked, "And your phone number Miss Wheatley?" I gave her my phone number. Marguarite, "So you have any pets you are bringing with you?" I responded, "I do not right now. But I would like to get one. Are they allowed?" Marguarite, "Yes, you can have one pet. Two cats or a dog. And how did you hear about us?" I said, "on apartments.com." Marguarite, "So I guess whenever you get your schedule, just give me a call and let me know when you want to come in and I can set up an appointment." I promised to call and we hung up.
