Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):

Eileen answered the phone promptly and identified herself and the community. I inquired about vacancies. Eileen asked, "When would you be looking to move in?" I told her the end of the month would be nice, but definitely by the end of November. Eileen asked, "Would you like a one-bedroom or two-bedroom?" I'd like to have a two-bedroom to use the second bedroom as an office. Eileen, "I do have a two-bedroom available in our Spring Valley community. It is $1,295. We do have a special where we are waiving $400 off the first month's rent. And then at Cinnamon Ridge I do have one for $1,170. That one is on the bottom floor and it has a patio. And the other one is on the top floor. Do you want to set up an appointment to come in?" I want to come in and see the apartments, I replied. Eileen looked at the schedule and we tried to decide on a time I could come in. Eileen got my name and phone number. "How many people would be moving in?" I replied, “just me”. Eileen asked, "were you bringing any pets?" I said I'd like to get a pet and Eileen went over the pet policy. Eileen asked, "Kathy, how did you hear about us?" I told her apartments.com. Eileen said, "So we do have a special going on. If you do want to do an application there's a $25 application fee. We don't accept cash just Visa, Debit card or money order. You need a current ID, two current paystubs if you have them. Did you have any special features you were looking for?" I would like to have a washer and dryer in the apartment itself. Eileen said, "I can check to see if our Cinnamon Ridge does. But the one at Spring Valley, the washers and dryers are on the bottom floor of every building. You do get an additional storage area as well on the middle floor. A 3X5 area where you provide your own padlock. I'll look forward to your call.
