Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):

Devitta answered the phone promptly and identified both herself and the community. I inquired about apartment availability. Devitta asked, "What month are you looking to move?" I told her, "November." Devitta said, "November, okay. And the apartment is for how many people?" I responded, "Just me." Devitta asked, "Any pets come along?" I replied, "Yes, I have one dog." Devitta responded, "You have a dog? Okay. So, we allow dogs at two of our communities. That would be Delaney Springs and Cinnamon Ridge. So, let me see what I have available in those communities that do accept dogs. So right now, at my Cinnamon Ridge location, I do not have anything until December. But I do have a bottom floor, front facing, updated kitchen and bath at my Delaney Springs location. It is currently on special for $1,335. And then they are waiving $400 off of the first month's rent. With the dog it would be an additional $25 on top of the rent and a non-refundable pet fee of $250. You do pay water at a flat rate of $17.50 a month. Trash removal, sewage, snow removal, and parking, that's all included in the rent. Have you been here before?" I replied, "No, I have not." Devitta, "Your first time? What's your name?" I replied, "My name is Pam Levell." Devitta asked, "And you are looking to move November, just for you. You do have a dog. What's a good contact number for you?" Me, "410-318-9238." Devitta asked, "And how did you find out about us, Pam?” I replied, "I was looking on the Internet. I guess it was an apartment finder or something." Devitta said, "Perfect. Would you like to schedule an appointment to come in for a tour?" Me, "I would like to come out and see it, yes. Are you open this weekend?" Devitta replied, "We are." Devitta went over the schedule of when the office was open. Devitta, "So definitely give us a call. Just keep in mind as well that our prices are subject to change just as our availability. So, give us a call back. We are here today until six."
