Kelly answered the phone promptly and identified herself and the community. Her voice was warm and inviting. She spoke clearly and concisely and was easy to understand. I inquired about apartment availability. Kelly got my name, "And what size apartment are you looking for Miss Griffen?" I told he a two- bedroom if possible. Kelly asked, "And how many people would the apartment be for, Susan?" One, I replied. Kelly asked, "would you have any pets." I said I didn't have any now but might like to get one or two. Kelly went over the pet policy for the different communities she serves. Kelly asked, "how did you find out about our properties?" “apartments.com”, I replied. Kelly explained that they have five properties. She looked up availability and talked about prices. She talked about the brand-new island style kitchen with all new appliances. She was thorough in checking all properties to find a two-bedroom apartment that was not on the ground floor. Kelly asked if I would like to view these apartments. We then discussed business hours of the communities. I wanted to check my calendar and promised to call Kelly back to make a firm appointment.
