Francis sounded very friendly when I called. She stated the name of the community and introduced herself. She immediately asked who she had the pleasure of speaking with today. Afterwards she asked how my bedrooms I would need, any pets, how many people would be living in the home. She then asked where there any special features, I suggested I would prefer the renovated home. Afterwards she went into the pricing and explained the Valentine special that was happening this week. Francis asked if I had any questions and then invited me out to tour the home.

When I walked into the office Francis was standing to greet me a big and warm smile. She was wearing black slacks, a Henderson-Webb sweater with her name embroider on the front.

Comments on Qualifying Needs. :

When I walked into the leasing office, I introduced myself. We sat down at the desk and Francis proceeded to take all of my information from me and review what we had discussed over the phone. Afterwards she walked me around the model and described all the features of the home pointing out the differences between the classic vs renovated style apartments. She did apologize for the room in the back that had all the paper products for the office. We then walked through the renovated model. She did an excellent job describing all the features of the home.

Francis told me all about the features in the renovated model. She explained what the property included, storage unit, trash removal, and that my only responsibly was rent, cable and BGE. She then went over exactly what I would need in order to do an application.

Francis told me about the cruise that was being offered along with the Valentine's Day special. She really made it sound exciting that I would have rented. She suggested I drive around the area to look at the other communities. Also, she encouraged me to check out the website to see the apartment layout of the properties.
