Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):

The call was answered after the 2nd ring. Nakesha answered with the name of the property and she introduced herself. I told her I need prices on the apartments. She asked me what size and when I needed to move. She gave me a price range starting on the two bedroom apartments.

It seemed Nakesha was talking very fast and I felt rushed. She didn't take control of the phone conversation and ask me all the qualifying questions. We immediately set a time for a tour that same day.

Comments (Please explain in detail your experience as you entered the leasing office). :

When I first entered the office there was a delay in acknowledging my presence as I entered the doorway. Than Nakesha Jones said, "hello" and asked me to have a seat. She did not introduce herself; although, she knew who I was. She asked me to confirm the spelling of my first name. I observed a guest card she reviewed with me. She narrowed down a specific move date and asked me how many occupants. I told her two occupants and she confirmed the 2nd occupant's age. She asked me if I had any pets and she went over what they accepted. We were interrupted by a phone call which lasted about 60 seconds.

She used my name and conversation. She asked me for my apartment preferences and asked me if I was familiar with the community and area. I told he not so much and she told me about the area and school systems. I told her my daughter was 12 years old.

Nakesha went over what she had available and the rates. The phone rang again and Nakesha answered it. The call was brief. She told me about the specials of $250 off rent.

We got up and Nakesha walked me through the model. She led me through each room and pointed out all the key apartment amenities. She talked about the electronic intercom access. She opened closet doors to show the space. She explained the difference between the upgraded apartments versus the classic style. She described the appliances that came with the kitchen.

She told me that the apartment includes water for $17.00 monthly. She did show me an apartment that was ready and clean. She told me that they have been working on the bathrooms because they are a bit out dated.

We sat back at her desk and she wrote down the rates. She told me what was included in the rates and what was not. She reviewed the security deposit with me.

I did receive a folder with promotional material. It contained floor plans, pet friendly policy, and things I need when I apply. She was very friendly and excited to have me move in.

Nakesha did not attempt to ask me to start the application process. She told me to come back with my family. She thanked me for coming and we said our goodbyes.
