After one ring, the agent answered and said " Thanks for calling Cedar Run apartments, this Marguarite speaking, how can I help you?" She immediately asked for my name. She repeated it back to me to make sure that she was pronouncing is correctly. She then asked me several qualifying questions. She asked me if there were any features that I wanted and I said a washer and dryer in unit. She then mentioned that the apartment does not have them in the units and also mentioned a sister community with washer and dryer in the units. She told me the availability of the apartment for the sister community and asked if I was interested in that. I mentioned that I was fine with the Cedar Run apartments. She mentioned the amenities of the apartments and the sister apartments.

Marguarite also mentioned a two-part special of getting one month free or a spreading the savings throughout the year. She invited me to come and see the apartment and an appointment was set for the following day. She thanked me for calling and the call ended.

The interior and the exterior of the leasing office was clean and well maintained. The leasing office was easy to find and the sign was in good shape.

Marguarite greeted me immediately upon entering the office. She introduced herself and asked me to sit down. I told her that I had called the day before and she proceeded to review the guest card with me. She confirmed the size apartment I needed and my move in date.

Marguarite was genuinely interested in helping me. She made a positive impact on me because of her enthusiasm.

The guest card was completed by Marguarite. She reviewed availability and pricing. She did confirm that would fit into my budget. She even went as far as to show me a picture on her phone to show the newly renovated kitchen.

Comments on the Demonstration (Please describe your experience while touring with community with the agent.):

Marguarite walked me through the model and talked about the newer appliances in the vacant versus the model and the difference in the bathrooms (yellow versus white). She walked me through each room and then asked me why I was moving. I told her I needed more space. She shared she lived on property and really liked it.

She also showed me the storage area and laundry room. She reviewed how the laundry room worked. When I mentioned that I will need to talk to my spouse before making a decision, she asked me to come back and tour the apartment with my spouse.

Marguarite sat back at her desk with me and she reviewed the entire application process. She asked me to apply that day. She invited me to come back and tour with my spouse when I mentioned that I will need to discuss with her. What makes this extraordinarily is the enthusiasm and the passion in her presentation of the apartment.
