Ureka answered with the name of the community and she stated her name. I told her I was checking on availability of their apartments. Ureka asked me questions to discover what I needed such as the number of bedrooms, move-in date, such as how many occupants, any pets, price range. She asked if I was flexible in move-in date. She talked about the particular two- bedroom that was available at Tall Oaks community. She described the black appliances, the buzz-in access, extra storage space and free parking. She asked it was in my price range. She expressed urgency because she only had this one two-bedroom vacancy and it would not be available until December. This apartment was on the middle level and it had an island kitchen.
Because of COVID, she was encouraging me to fill out an application on-line. When I asked if I could just go on-line to view the application, she said no, she would have to send me a specific invitation before I could. I had not made up my mind if this was where I wanted to live, so I asked if I could call her back once I thought about if this was where I wanted to fill out the application. She was very polite.
