Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):
The phone was answered right away and Shavanesse identified both herself and the community. I inquired about possibly vacancies and Shavanesse asked me if I was looking for a one bedroom or two. I told her a two-bedroom, but if I had to take a one, I could do it. Shavanesse explained what was available and that usually the two-bedroom was renovated, and there was just one one-bedroom. She explained the only extra I pay would be electric. She said the apartment includes wall-to-wall carpeting, central air, and it also has a balcony. She immediately invited me in for a tour to view the model. She then asked how I found out about them. I said apartments.com. She took my contact information. She asked, "How many people be living with you, Miss Mary?" I responded, just me. "Any pets?" I said I wanted to get a pet and Shavanesse explained the pet policy. We discussed when I could come in to look at the apartment. We talked about move-in date again. I said I'd call in the morning to make an appointment and we hung up.
