Lisa answered the phone quickly. She immediately identified the community, but now herself. She was enthusiastic and extremely friendly right from the start. I asked if she had any apartments available at this time. Lisa asked what I was looking for and I said a one-bedroom. She asked my timeframe and I said mid-November if possible was what I needed. Lisa asked if there were any special features I needed and I replied that I didn't really want to be on the ground floor. Lisa asked my name and in turn I asked for her name. Lisa looked through her different communities and said that there was a one-bedroom available at her Tall Oaks development that was located on the middle floor. The price is normally $1,080 a month, but she was offering a special that would bring the price down to $1,015. She asked if that was in my price range and I confirmed that it was. Lisa asked if I wanted to come by and take a look. I did want to come by but with today's nasty weather, I wanted to put off leaving my house today. Lisa totally understood this and we talked about today's bad weather. Lisa did impress upon me the fact that these apartments go very quickly and I should try to come look at it as soon as I can. I wanted to call in the morning after I checked my work schedule. Lisa said she would not be there tomorrow, but someone else would be very happy to help me. Lisa got my contact information and asked if this apartment was just for me. I said it was just for me. She asked if I had any pets. I don't have one right now but might be interested in getting one. Lisa went over the pet policy with me. Again, Lisa urged me not to wait to come out and see the apartment because they go very fast. We thanked each other and ended the call.
