Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):

Robyn answered the phone promptly and identified herself as well as 5 Corners. I asked about apartment availability. Robyn asked me, "A one bedroom or a two? And what time frame do you plan on moving in?" I could do a one, but I might like a two better and I told her at the end of October or into November. Robyn looked to see what she had. She had something in November in one property She said, "so it looks like the earliest I would have a one-bedroom is November and that price is $885 on the bottom floor”. Also, she said she had one that's $900 on a middle floor and it was renovated last year. I'd rather have the middle floor I told her. "Did you want to set up a time to come in and view the property? Or did you want to do the application on-line she asked?" I would like to look at the property before I fill out the application. We talked about when I could come in to see the apartment. Robyn got my contact information. Robyn "Do you have pets?" A little Yorkie. Robyn went over pet policy at this community. "And once you come in to view the property, I'm going to give you a little packet to give to the vet just to confirm the pet's shots. And then how did you find out about us?" Apartment.com I told her. "And then Ms. Bobbi, what is your last name?" Carter. Robyn went over what we discussed, "And keep in mind we only have that one apartment" Robyn then asked me COVID questions to clear me to come in to visit.
