When I told her, I was interested in an apartment, she appeared very willing to assist me. She asked what size apartment I needed, the time frame I was looking to move, if I had any pets, and how many occupants would be living there. She described an apartment that fit my preferences and briefly went over its features followed by the price. I didn't bulk at the price so it could be assumed that it was in my price range.
