Telephone Comments (Please provide the phone conversation from start to finish. All details are necessary.):

Vivian answered the phone with the name of the community and she introduced herself. I said I wanted a two-bedroom apartment and Vivian went through all of her communities to see what she could find. Vivian asked when I needed to move which was end of October or into November. Vivian said she had a two-bedroom that I could move into by October 29th. She confirmed my price range and asked if I wanted to apply on-line or come into the office. I said I'd like to see the apartment first and then asked if they were letting people in to see apartments at this time. Vivian explained they had a two-bedroom model, but they did not have keys yet to the actual apartment that would be available for rent. She did ask me how many occupants and pets. She explained the only allowed cats. I said that was fine, I wanted to get a cat and maybe two to keep each other company. She went over the pet policy.

During the conversation, Vivian got all of my contact information. She asked how I found the community and I replied on-line. Vivian talked about Mansfield Woods such as secure door entry, the laundry room and storage in the building – All at no additional cost.

We also offer accent walls in the living room and bedroom for no charge. She said the application fee is $25. She mentioned central air and heat. She asked if I had any questions.

Vivian invited me in for a onsite tour and I said I had to check my calendar, possibly I could come in this weekend. We talked about when they were open and I said I'd call to make a firm appointment. Vivian said it was first come/first serve for the appointment. Vivian made a note that I would call back to make a firm appointment.
